The ONG Automation project manager will ensure that the scope of work is fully understood between all parties and proper communication channels are established. For many projects, ONG Automation will also utilise an on-site manager as a liaison to help expedite and clarify any project delivery issues.

The responsibilities typically required of the project manager include but are not limited to the following :

Management of Project Cost with cost relative to task, materials tracking, and scheduled Delivery on Time.

Meeting documentation and minutes / Technical guidance for the system specifications.

Technical guidance for the implementation of procedures with Quality Compliance.

Technical guidance for Testing along with planning for validation of documentation Adhering to Complaince.

Maintaining Customer timelines. Project documentation Handling all client interfaces.

Invoicing.

Millipore Project

The new $83 million dollar membrane casting facility is to produce a majority of the company's membrane. As a core technology, these membranes are used in a wide range of Millipore products requiring precise filtration and purification.

ONG Automation provide the complete turn key control system batch system based on the Wonderware IAS and In-Batch products. This project also included 32 vessel flammable storage area and management of charging and product transfers.
