Should your facility require intervention at any time, day or night, ONG have engineers on call 24 hours a day. These engineers will respond efficiently to your emergency calls anywhere in Ireland.

As part of the 24/7-support contract:

ONG will send an engineer to your facility to perform a full audit of your installation.
You will receive full, 24/7, technical telephone support.
An engineer on emergency call 24/7 to come to your facility to solve your production critical issues.
ONG will provide Application Back-ups for all your critical systems.
Engineering skills are tailored to your requirements.
If required, full spares management.
